PTFE MESH CONVEYOR BELTS
Basic versions of the mesh:
- glass fibre, waterproofed with PTFE
- antistatic version in black
- normal version in standard brown, dark brown, yellow and blue - Kevlar aramid fibres, waterproofed with PTFE, for larger loads, usually in a natural yellow colour
- Raster pattern braided packing: the most common braided packing is 4 × 4mm, 1 × 1mm, and less common 2 × 1mm, 2 × 2mm, 5 × 5mm; other patterns are available on agreement.
Properties: similar to PTFE coated fabric (high thermal and chemical resistance, non-stickiness, good sliding properties, resistance to UV radiation etc.).
Use:
- as bases for drying and manufacture of conveyor belts for tunnel furnaces
- for drying in the printing, electrical, packaging, food and glass industry etc.
The belts are mostly manufactured in a version which can be disassembled with different varieties of metal and non-metal joints and reinforced edges or guide rivets.
