HIGH-PERFORMANCE FILMS

In addition to PTFE films, PTFE self-adhesive films, PTFE fabrics, and Silicone fabrics, our product range also includes the following films:

UHMW SELF-ADHESIVE FOIL

Self-adhesive foil with very good sliding characteristics and exceptional resistance to abrasiveness due to the ultra high molecular composition.

Acrylic-based adhesive (blue safety foil) with a thermal stability of approximately 50°C.

Dimensions:

  • UHMW CEH-13 thickness 0.13mm, width up to 890mm, length 33m
  • UHMW CEH-25 thickness 0.25mm, width up to 890mm, length 33m

It is used in areas where good sliding properties and abrasion resistance (different sliding channels and bases) are needed, such as the food and pharmaceutical industry (US-FDA certificate).

PFA FILM

A fluorinated thermoplastic material suitable for thermal processing, while retaining the properties of PTFE (Teflon). The material is highly resistant to chemicals and temperatures up to 260°C. The film is non-porous, making it suitable for use in the electronics industry.

Advantages:

  • Usable at temperatures up to 260°C
  • Low friction
  • Transparent
  • Weather-resistant
  • Excellent electrical properties
  • Outstanding universal resistance to solvents and chemicals

Thicknesses: From 0.05 mm to 0.127 mm

Applications: Wire and cable production, electronics, composites

POLYIMIDE FILM

Better known as Kapton film (a registered trademark of DuPont), this high-performance film offers excellent thermal, physical, and chemical properties.

Advantages:

  • Temperature resistance from -265°C to over 400°C
  • Relative thermal index of 235°C
  • Dimensionally stable (shrinkage less than 0.08%)
  • Non-flammable - exceeds UL 94 V-0 standard
  • Scratch-resistant
  • Solvent-resistant (benzene and toluene)
  • Corrosion-resistant
  • High dielectric strength
  • Extremely lightweight material (28 m²/kg at 0.025 mm thickness)

Thicknesses: 0.012 mm, 0.025 mm, 0.05 mm, and 0.076 mm

Applications: Semiconductors, wire and cable manufacturing, 3D printing, aerospace technology...
